We are open 6 days a week, from 5am until 1pm, and on Sundays for preordered deliveries (via 24 hour answering machine).
Product Range
We offer a full range of fresh Market Produce, as well as Prepared Produce including Baton, Diced, Sliced, Wedged, Julienne, Chateau (Turned or Barrelled), and Grated produce. We specialise in the more oscure cuts and have a range of Food Preparation machinery unmatched in the local area. Some of our machines were designed and built for us for specific cuts, and tailored to achieve the perfect end result.
Our Market Produce is complimented by a range of Dairy Products, sourced from a small regional dairy offering Milk, Cream, Yoghurt and Soft Cheese products. We also supply locally sourced Free Range Eggs and Cooking Oils.
